Mr. Gettinger has overall responsibility for the firm and its operations.

He has 30 years of experience in middle market investment banking and 6 years in media operations. He has handled more than 75 transactions, exceeding $1 billion in value involving some of the world’s largest companies and private equity firms including Summit Materials, Thompson Corporation, McGraw Hill, Computer Associates, Trident Capital, Svoboda Capital, ESW Capital and Republic Financial Corporation.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and psychology from Duke University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He has both a NASD series 7 and series 63 license.

Rob offers securities and investment banking services through Britehorn Securities, a registered broker-dealer (member FINRA/SIPC).

Mr. Huang’s primary responsibility is to assist the team with transaction execution.

Previously, he worked as a private equity intern at Rockwood Equity Partners in Denver and an analyst at China Minsheng Bank specializing in business information modeling & analytics.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Accounting at the Daniels College of Business from the University of Denver.
